What if I need revisions?
A: We aim to avoid revisions as much as possible by sending frequent progress updates and remaining in full communication. While we try to get it right the first try, if you are unsatisfied with the project at any stage, we are happy to make three revisions. With that said, we've never had a client leave unsatisfied.
Can I make modifications and/or negotiate with the prices in the 'pricing' section?
A: Yes, we are open to negotiation on prices, and are happy to answer any other questions about pricing.
Q: Can I still take advantage of the discount if I buy multiple renders many months apart? (For example, if I have a product in a bottle, and then release a new bottle later that has a different design on the label)
A: Yes, if you start with one product and come back later for a new variation of the same model, we can offer a large discount.
